I haven’t read the first book in this series, but this can stand alone.
I enjoyed this book. I thought it was very cute and fun to read. There was a lot going on, with lots of characters and past and present storylines, but to me that was entertaining and nicely fast paced. I did think that there was a big age gap between Colin and Cherri, which in itself isn’t a big deal to me. In this case, it was noticable in the level of experience and maturity between the two, but I got the attraction between them and felt the sizzle.
Overall, I enjoyed reading this. I thought it was well written, funny, fun and engaging.
