Believable

Seems to be well researched and very believable. By that I mean, everything the authors say makes sense to me and I can see how the types of foods and supplements you put into your body would affect aging.

I haven’t yet tried anything from the book, but I will be giving this another read and try out some stuff. It won’t hurt, and who knows, it could actually help me look younger without having to go under the knife. Bonus
