Great book if you’re vegetarian…which I’m so not. I’m a full on carnivore, and happy to be one.
so having said that, the food and recipe section was not for me. The rest of the book had some good info, but nothing really earth shattering…I mean, by now we have all read how toxins, additives and pesticides are bad for us, and we are aware of where they can be found.
It’s a quick read, but overall with a too preachy tone for me, so I skimmed most of the book, stopping every now and then to read a section.
